Join 500+ founders whose AI got made intelligent.
Founders and operators running a real business with real customers, who use Claude often and are tired of re-explaining themselves every morning. People who want output specific enough to actually send, not a folder of prompts to browse.
Every conversation starts from zero. Who you sell to. What you charge. Why people buy. What you'd never say. You type it again, or you accept output that sounds like it was written for someone else's company.
So most people quietly give up on the good stuff. They use Claude to tidy emails and summarise documents, a very expensive autocomplete, while the thing that would actually move their business sits one long explanation away, permanently.
The gap isn't Claude's intelligence. It's that Claude has never been told anything true about your company.
Drop one folder into Claude and type three words. A built-in coach takes over and asks exactly what it needs, about your business, and about you.
It starts broad, follows what you actually say, and adapts. A dental practice, a fabrication shop, a marketplace and a nonprofit get genuinely different conversations. About thirty minutes. Five, if you hand over your files first and let it read.
At the end, Claude understands your business better than most of your contractors do, and it stays that way, in every chat, forever.
Teach Claude your businessYour Business Context, ten files covering your model, customers, offers, brand, sales, delivery, goals, tools, and who you are as an operator
A Business Audit, what it understands, what it's unsure of and why that matters, your real strengths, your actual bottleneck
A standing advisor, ask "what should I do next?" any time and get an answer built on your own numbers
A monthly review, what changed, what's stale, whether your constraint moved
A plain-English handbook, for you or whoever you hand it to
You hand it the IP and Claude learns the right way. It will never present a guess to you as a fact, because everything it records is labelled with how it knows.
Put it in Documents. Don't rename it. That's the only rule.
One click in Claude Desktop, or upload it to a Project on the web.
The coach takes over and asks you everything it needs.
Or hand it your files and let it read. Either way it keeps going until it understands.
Most AI setups are identical on day 200. This one has been paying attention. It listens while you work, and when you settle on new pricing in a conversation and forget to write it down, it notices, then asks whether to update everything that depends on it.
It also knows the difference between thinking and deciding. Float a number and reject it ten seconds later, and it won't record a price you don't charge. Deliberation is held open. Only conclusions get written down.
And once a month it reviews itself: what changed, what's gone out of date, and whether your bottleneck has moved, which is the one thing that changes everything else.
"Three months ago your constraint was delivery, you were turning work away. You've hired two people since, and now you've got headroom you're not filling. That's why last quarter's advice no longer applies."
"The Brand Setup stopped me re-explaining my business to my AI every time. Now it handles more tasks for me and saves me hours."
"I saved eight hours in my first week. The AI finally sounded like me instead of a robot."
"I went from overwhelmed to organized in a single weekend. I wish I'd done it a year ago."

No. You unzip a folder, put it somewhere, and type three words. If you can attach a file to an email, you can do this. The whole point is that everything complicated happens on Claude's side, not yours.
Yes, it works with Claude Desktop and with Claude on the web. It's a folder of instructions Claude reads, not software you install, so there's nothing to break and nothing to update.
The opposite, it's an advantage. It looks for what Claude already knows about you and uses it, rather than starting over. Anything an earlier Claude session guessed gets flagged and checked with you before it's trusted, because a guess that gets absorbed as fact is the worst thing that can happen to a setup like this.
"I don't know" is a real answer and gets recorded as a gap, not treated as a failure. You'll end up with a clear list of what you don't currently track, which is genuinely useful on its own, and is usually the most valuable page of the audit.
Set up one per client, each in its own folder or Project, never share one between two clients. Most agencies run it live on the onboarding call: the client watches you build their profile, and the audit becomes your first deliverable in week one.
Everything stays in your own Claude account and on your own machine. Nothing is sent to us, and we never see your business data. It also deliberately refuses to record credentials or other people's confidential material, even when they turn up in files you upload.
A prompt is something you retype. This is a permanent, structured, source-labelled record of your business that every conversation reads from, and that updates itself as things change. It also does something no prompt can: diagnose which single thing is actually limiting your growth.
Run the setup, answer the questions, follow the steps and Claude will get to know your business better than you.
